Furnished rooms for your comfort, Strategic locations: near to Ampang Waterfront and Ampang Point Shopping Complex, 15 mins drive to KLCC via AKLEH, 10 min access to DUKE and MRR2 highway, 50 mins drive to KLIA, 10 mins drive to Ampang LRT Star Station, Carrefour Supermarket, and convenient access to AKLEH. No live-in landlord.

Tourist sites: 5 mins drive to Hutan Rimba Ampang, 10 mins to Ampang Look-Out Point, 15 mins to Hulu Langat Waterfalls and Dam.

Kitchen equipped with Fridge, Cooking Stove, crockeries and cutleries. 



Access to our garden where you can read the morning papers, have your own barbeque or just relax.

Room Furnishing: Wardrobe cabinet, mirror, study/working table, bed, pillow, comforter, all will be provided.

Maximum 2 cars only (SUV or van is not a car).

Weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun): RM 200 per nite for whole house (2 rooms), RM100 deposit
